Debris Hills
Lambic from the Zenne Valley, blended in the Kempen. Unique, quirky, and with a story.
Debris hills is a non-commercial homebrewing and blending project with high ambitions . Our main focus is experimenting on a small scale with beers, wines, ciders and ferments.
At Debris Hills, we bring tradition and terroir together. Our lambic originates in the Zenne Valley, but gets its character in the Kempen. Here we blend with care and experiment with fruit, herbs, and wood—often from nearby, sometimes from far away.
Each bottle is a discovery
Debris Hills is not a blender like any other. We believe that lambic can be more than just heritage. It is a canvas – on which terroir, seasons, and inspiration leave their mark.
Our lambic travels from the Zenne Valley to the Kempen, where we blend it with ingredients that tell a story. From local fruit and wild herbs to barrels that once held wine or cider. Sometimes pure and understated, sometimes challenging and rebellious.
No two blends are the same, and that is exactly the intention. Small batches, made with care – for those who dare to taste with an open mind.
Welcome to Debris Hills. Where lambic and terroir meet.
